Ice advising

As is well known, the issue of safety of navigation of vessels in the open sea, on approaches to the port, arises during winter navigation due to the appearance of packed ice and hummocks. The Albatross pilot, at the request of the shipowners, relying on their professionalism and many years of experience, advise the captains on the management of the vessel in ice conditions during independent navigation and under the wiring of icebreakers on the route to the seaports of Primorsk and Ust-Luga. In recent years, more than 70 ice tankers have been carried out. The Company’s pilots have experience working in Arctic conditions.
